Our annual Heads Retreat is dedicated to renewing the minds, spirits, and souls of our school Heads and their spouses. The 2026 Heads Retreat in Tucson, AZ, will welcome Alan and Gem Fadling.  Alan and Gem are the founders of Unhurried Living, an organization dedicated to inspiring Christian leaders worldwide to rest deeper so they can live fuller and lead better.

Alan is the award-winning author of An Unhurried Life, An Unhurried Leader, A Year of Slowing Down, What Does Your Soul Love? (with Gem), and most recently, A Non-Anxious Life.

Gem is a trained Spiritual Director and a Certified Life Coach who trains people at the intersection of spiritual leadership and soul care. Gem is the co-host of the Unhurried Living Podcast, the author of Hold That Thought, and the co-author of What Does Your Soul Love?.
