    Welcome to the CESA AMS!

    This landing page will give you access to an increasing number of resources.   

    A few notes:

    1. If you would like to search for a peer, simply click on “My Profile” above.  Then, find the “Connections” tab and hover over that to find the “Search Directory” option.   

    1. If you would like to take a look at the E-lists (ListServs) to which you are subscribed, click on “My Profile”, then see the “My Features” list.  There you will see the E-Lists you are subscribed to.  If you would like to search the history of email strands, click on the E-list name and you will see a messages tab.  All strands are stored there and you can find the email addresses of each of your Elists. 

    1.  If you would like to edit your profile, including adding a subscription to an E-list, please email Ashley Ferguson, Director of Member Support, at [email protected]. 

    1. If you are a Key Contact of your school, please take a look at your school’s profile by clicking on “My Profile”. You will then see another “My Profile” tab. Hover over that tab and click on “Your Organization”. There you can click on “Individual Profiles”, where you will see all school staff currently listed with MemberClicks. You have an unlimited number of staff profiles, so be sure all staff in the following groups are listed:

    • Academic Deans/Assistant Heads
    • Academic Support
    • Admissions
    • Advancement 
    • Alumni
    • Athletic Directors (including assistant AD’s)
    • Board Members
    • Business Officers
    • Christian Life/Student Life
    • Development
    • Diversity and Belonging
    • Executive Assistant to the Head
    • Fine Arts
    • Guidance
    • Heads of School
    • Human Resources
    • Lower School Heads
    • Marketing and Communications
    • Middle School Heads
    • Student Billing
    • Technology
    • Upper School Heads

    If you see staff listed who are no longer at your school or if you would like to ADD staff, please send an email to Ashley Ferguson ([email protected]) with the names, email addresses, and affinity groups of staff you would like to add.
